The alkaline filter was improved/renewed last year, which has become a fine improvement. Towards the end of the filter's life, the water pressure does not decrease much, if at all.

This is a device that everyone in the house should use when you don't have mineral water available to you.
Should indicate more clearly when it stops functioning when cleaning the whole thing. Suffered so much anyway! System pulled vacuum and so ... misery.

Clear and findable information about the products, if they are sold out, delays in delivery etc. Also the back office signals 'errors' in your order and contacts you directly by email. Super service on all fronts. Recommendation: the operation of the 5-step filter (the five layers) and the tap should have a more prominent place on the website! These are the 'heart' of the Aqualine filters and make them so unique.

Fairly high plastic content. Would personally prefer the water to be stored in an all-glass environment. The little handle you press against to tap water feels fragile. I have become especially skeptical about the Elvan stones. Little information to be found about them. It also remains vague how much minerals they release into the water. I would think that for the price that the water filters are sold for, this could be examined in a lab. Customer service responds within one or a few days. I am curious about lab results of filtered water at the end of the filter's life. And about the amount of minerals given off for Elvan stones even after 2.5 years. Many thanks.

Device looks nice. However, would have liked it if certain parts were not just stacked on top of each other, but clicked together or otherwise attached, making this feel more solid. In practice, however, this does not pose any obstacles. Is more for the feel. Otherwise, device does what it is supposed to do and the filtration process works fast enough.

The products are of excellent quality, carefully packaged and delivered quickly.
Easy to assemble, take some time for rinsing stones. In use for 1 week now. For 1 person I find the small version sufficient, a matter of regular refilling. Water tastes very good, is clear and fresh. Ordinary tap water sometimes disappointed me, but this water keeps you drinking. I had several people taste it, all positive.

Drinking water safely again
This 1st filter works great. Occasionally cleaning with a hard brush, ensures, that most of the dirt is removed. The carbon filter then removes the rest, to delicious water.

I drink a lot of water and the Vitalstick definitely gives a less (heavy) aftertaste to a glass of water. The Aqualine water filters are, of course, my favorite. Tradeline is a fine company and do what they say!
Been using this Grayl filter bottle for a while now.
There is some difference in the taste, I don't live in an area with heavy industry, which also makes a difference, I think.
The taste, I mainly experience as 'softer'.
Use the filtered water for cooking, making tea, and for travel.
Am extremely happy with the travel filter bottle.
The bottle is nice and handy (I have small hands).
The system indicates by itself that the filter is full, because then it takes a very long time to filter the water,
which is a good indication to start using a new filter.
So happy, that I also bought its bigger brother, or was it sister 😉!
Then again, that bottle is a challenge for me because it is significantly larger, larger diameter.

I have been using this system for at least 6 years and am very happy with it. Guests even taste the difference.
Lovely soft water. This tank was not my preference, but was the last one still in stock so ordered it anyway because of the health benefits. (We had a beautiful new live-in kitchen installed last year, this tank would not fit in as nicely) To my great surprise, there were no logos on the water tank. The blue BQ at the top left is missing and we found that a pleasant surprise. So just a sleek, modern water filter. Fill it up in the evening beforehand so it can run through and in the morning it is nicely filled with pure water again. Service from the people at tradeline.co.uk is prompt, friendly and warm. You can tell they have a passion for what they do.
So much difference from tap water!!! It improves your metabolism, is better for your kidneys and your overall health. I even take a bottle with me to work so I don't have to drink water from the tap there. Tasty and pure. Delicious!
We are super satisfied with this filter, I used to get a strange feeling of fullness when drinking water from the tap, but not anymore and I even like the water. We also like the idea that it filters out so much, even medicine residues, which is necessary in this day and age, and also adds good minerals while vitalizing the water. And because the water here is acidic, we also have an alkaline ring so that the water becomes alkaline and is better for our health.
Nice product. The tank capacity is nice and spacious (almost 10L), the water tastes wonderfully soft. What is absolutely great is that the result is measurable (via litmus) after just a few days. I have the Redox filter + mineral stones version. Refilling is a piece of cake, easy water tapping via the tap, minimal maintenance, neat Dutch manual. I received good telephone advice to help me make my choice. No regrets about my purchase!
Very satisfied with the purchase of the AquaLine 12. The filter is very easy to put together and put into use. The eight liter storage tank is ideal for an ordinary household. The taste of our tap water is finally back as it should be without unpleasant side tastes.
We, (my wife and I) also use the 18 liter version, it is on a cabinet at our place (since it is on the cabinet, we left out the bottom white layer, which is normally meant that you can also put a glass under it).
